There is no room to store luggage and/or large bags on this tour. Please leave them at your accommodations or vehicles
Please be punctual. Seating time is strictly limited. During busy periods, please note that we may not be able to accommodate you if you are late by 10 to 15 minutes.
Prior notice is required for all cancellations, including same-day cancellations outside the free cancellation window. Please note that fees will still apply, but you must still contact us to cancel.

1. Take Your Seat: You will be guided to your seat.
1. Choose Your Design (Approx. 10 mins): Select your favorite design from samples.
1. Tool Preparation: The staff will prepare the tools needed.
1. Annealing & Polishing (Approx. 10–15 mins): Heat and polish the silver to prepare for shaping.
1. Add Pattern & Adjust Size (Approx. 5–10 mins): You’ll add texture and adjust the ring to fit your finger.
1. Final Touches by Staff (Approx. 5–10 mins): The staff will handle the final finishing.
1. Receive Your Ring: Your original silver ring is complete
1. Payment: If you select any additional options, please make the payment at the location
