• This is a round-trip ticket for both the first and second ropeways. Boarding from the middle is not allowed; please board at the Shin-Hotaka Onsen Station

• Due to bad weather, there may be cancellations on the day of operation based on judgment. Please check the official website before your visit

• There is a significant temperature difference between Shin-Hotaka Onsen Station, Shirakabadaira Station, and Nishihotakaguchi Station, so it’s helpful to have a jacket that is easy to put on and take off

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible

• Please make sure that your smartphone connects to the internet as you will need to launch the website from your smartphone

• Please note that screenshots or printed-out tickets will not be acceptable

• For security purposes, you may be required to authenticate using a One-Time Password (OTP). If this occurs, please follow the steps below:

• 1. Enter the email address where you wish to receive the OTP and press the send button. 2. Check the email you provided for the OTP. (Please also check your spam folder. If you do not find the email, it is possible that the email address was entered incorrectly. Please reopen the E-ticket URL and re-enter your email address.) 3. Enter the OTP from the received email into the ticket screen and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, the E-ticket will be displayed.

• After OTP authentication, future OTPs will be sent to the email address you provided. This email address cannot be changed, so please ensure you use an email address that you can access on the day of the event

How to get there

• By bus: From Hida Takayama Station, take a bus to Shin-Hotaka Ropeway for about 100 minutes. It’s a 10-second walk from the last stop, "Shin-Hotaka Ropeway Bus Stop."
• By car: Head to the Hiranoyu direction from Takayama town through national route 158, 471, and prefectural route 475. It takes around 70 minutes. Please refer to the official website to get details
