  • Excess baggage approved by Trans-Island China Hong Kong Express may be subject to additional baggage fees. The fee is HKD/CNY50 per piece for cross-border buses and HKD/CNY100 per piece for business sedans.
  • Passengers with oversized, overweight, or irregular baggage should obtain approval from the CICTS ticketing staff before purchasing tickets.
  • China HK Express reserves the right to accept or refuse transportation based on the actual space available in the vehicle at the time.
  • Bicycles, wheelchairs, and strollers must be folded. Items exceeding the free baggage allowance mentioned above will require the purchase of an additional baggage ticket.
