• The contents included in the purchased ticket must be experienced in full on the same day.
• This voucher is valid Monday through Sunday (excluding legal and special holidays). The package includes one ticket, and the experience duration does not exceed 16 hours.
• A fee of 50 yuan will be charged for tickets exceeding 1 hour, and an overtime fee of 100 yuan will be charged for tickets exceeding 2 hours.
• Tickets exceeding 2 hours will be charged at the adult ticket rate for 16 hours.
• Customers entering the store from 21:00-06:00 (the next day) need to bring valid identification to register for overnight stays (one person, one certificate).
• If you do not need to stay overnight, you must leave the hotel before 2:00 AM to avoid additional charges.
• For overnight stays, an additional overnight fee of 39 yuan will be charged for customers in the store and entering the store between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM (does not extend the time spent in the store).
• As our store follows a pay-upon-departure policy, we are unable to provide advance notification of your usage time. We recommend that you set a personal time reminder to avoid incurring extra charges for exceeding the time limit.

• It is strictly forbidden to scrub backs or engage in other uncivilized behaviors that may hinder the pleasant experience of others in the onsen.
• It is strictly forbidden to dye hair or use hair removal cream in the venue.
• To ensure the water quality standards of the hot spring pool, we do not support bathing in swimsuits.
• Guests are required to maintain proper attire in public areas; upper body nudity is not allowed.
• Swimsuits and swimming caps are required to enter the water park pool area. Children under 140CM must be accompanied by an adult to enter. Children under 3 years old and people with allergic skin, heart disease, or who have consumed alcohol are prohibited from entering.
• To comply with food safety guidelines, our store cannot trace and monitor the quality and safety standards of food delivered by external parties. To avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and disputes, we do not accept takeout orders.
• To protect your gastrointestinal health, avoid alternating between hot and cold, and excessive consumption of cold food and drinks to prevent physical discomfort.
• Please take care of your belongings and valuables in public places.

• The Ministry of Public Security requires: Overnight guests must present valid identification (Chinese citizens must present their original second-generation ID card, Chinese citizens from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan must present their original Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents or Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, and foreign nationals must present their original passport) to the front desk to register for overnight stays.
• After 24:00, please do not make loud noises in public areas to ensure a restful environment for guests.
• Every 16 hours, users need to settle the used (16H ticket) time once, and if they need to continue playing in the store, the second ticket will be charged.
• Upon entering, please take good care of your personal wristband. The wristband is the only key to open your locker and the two are exclusively matched. If you accidentally lose the wristband, a deposit of 200 yuan will be charged (the deposit will be fully refunded after the wristband is found). The loss of the wristband will result in the corresponding locker lock not being used normally and a new lock needs to be replaced. The deposit charged will be used to cover the replacement cost of the lock. Please pay more attention to avoid unnecessary losses.

About Parking

• Parking fee: 7 yuan/hour
• Non-overnight customers can get a 3-hour discount, and overnight customers can get a 5-hour discount.
• The maximum charge for 24 hours is 11 hours (excluding any discount time).
• Membership cards of 5000 yuan or more can be exempt from 24-hour parking fees when shopping at the store.
• Please go to the front desk to scan the QR code and collect your parking voucher.
