Please redeem your voucher for a physical ticket at either the May 30th Service Pavilion (opposite Madame Tussauds Wax Museum at 68 Nanjing West Road) or the Oriental Pearl Tower Service Pavilion (1416A Lujiazui Ring Road, next to Ajisen Ramen).
One order corresponds to one ticket, which supports travel for multiple people, and the passengers on one ticket need to board the bus at the same time. If fellow passengers need to travel separately and require one ticket per person, please place separate orders when placing the order.
With a valid ride QR code, you can get on and off the bus at any stop within the specified route operating hours as many times as you like. It is valid for 24 hours after activation (for example, if you successfully redeem the ticket at 10:00 AM on December 20, the ticket is valid until 09:59 AM on December 21).
When boarding, you must use the original paper ticket (Klook voucher, photos or screenshots of the ticket cannot be used as boarding passes). Scan the QR code on the ticket at the machine by the train door to successfully board.
