• Mini Shamisen Workshop
• Time: 10:00
• Time: 13:00
• Total: 2 hour(s) and 0 minute(s)
• Wear a happi coat(Japanese traditional cloth) and roll up your sleeves. It will make you feeling more JAPAN!
• Next is a brief introduction of the Shamisen (brief history and feature, and etc.)
• It’s the time to construct the mini Shamisen. After referring to the sample, you will be able to install the strings and other parts. (Very easy for constructing) It will be completed in about 20 minutes
• Let’s make a sound by playing the Shamisen! You will learn how to read music
• Let’s practice the song together (The musical score of Shamisen is quite easy. There are numbers on the mini Shamisen, so you will know where to press by following the numbers)
• Let’s play the Shamisen together happily
• Let’s take a break. You can enjoy the Shamisen live performance with matcha tea and sweets
• End of the activity. Feel free to take your handmade mini Shamisen home
• You can also bring the musical score back and play it at home. Play it to your family and friends!
