• Please note that guests should use their tickets within the operating hours of 09:00 to 16:30 on the selected date
• The cruise has a departure frequency of every 30 minutes to an hour. The exact departure times will be shown on your ticket
• The river cruise boats can accommodate up to 300 guests in good weather and 120 guests in rainy weather, in compliance with safety regulations
• Due to hygiene regulations, animals are not permitted on board, with the exception of guide dogs
• During peak seasons, guests may experience longer waiting times for the cruise due to higher visitor volume
• All boats are non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the outdoor terrace
• Cruise passengers are entitled to 1 hour of free parking in the car park area. Please keep your parking ticket until the end of your cruise
