• The third trimester of your pregnancy is unable to participate in this experience

• Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs

• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible

• For your enjoyment and safety, please note that jewelry, watches, mobile phones, and cameras are not permitted on the tour

• No contact with other birds 24 hours prior to visit

• No gastro/flu/cold/respiratory symptoms within the last 48 hours of tour
