Validity

Only one experience is allowed during the stay. Multiple nights and multiple rooms are not accumulated. Continued stays and multiple shots cannot be repeatedly superimposed.
• Airport round-trip shuttle bus: For airport drop-off, reservations are required 1 day in advance. No reservation is required for airport pick-up. For airport pick-up, please go to the Tourist Integrated Service Center opposite Gate 5 of the Domestic Arrival Hall of Sanya Phoenix International Airport T1 Terminal to find the "Sanyawan Mangrove Tree Resort World Free Shuttle Bus Airport Pick-up" sign and confirm the boarding matters with the staff; Luggage rules: Each person can carry one hand-pulled suitcase. Large suitcases of 73*27 cm and above will not be able to board the bus.
• [Route 1 Airport Transfer]: Pick-up at the waiting area of Mangrove Tree Resort World Coconut Grove Hotel in Sanya Bay - Sanya Phoenix International Airport. Shuttle bus schedule: 08:00-22:00, every hour, on the hour.
• [Route 2 Airport Shuttle]: Sanya Phoenix International Airport - Get off at the arrival area of Mangrove Tree Resort World Sanya Bay (Royal Palm Hotel). Shuttle bus schedule: 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM, once every hour, departing on the hour.
