  • Lost, stolen or damaged cards can't be refunded

  • You are required to collect your physical Salzburg Card at the designated redemption locations

  • How to get there: The tourist information office is located in a corridor to the left of the main entrance hall, just steps from the Salzburger Lokalbahn platform escalator
