Your reservation will be canceled without further notice if you arrive at the restaurant 15 minutes or later past your scheduled reservation time. No refunds will be given if your reservation is canceled due to late arrivals

Male guests must wear a shirt or jacket with a collar on the upper body and long pants (jeans are not allowed) and socks on the lower body.

Please be punctual to the store. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled by the store and any fees paid by the guest will not be refunded. If you are more than 15 minutes early, the store may refuse to allow the guest to enter the store in advance.

If the guest fails to provide the reservation information truthfully (including but not limited to the discrepancy between the number of people in the reservation and the actual number of people, failure to provide the number and age of minors), fails to comply with Japanese dining etiquette (including but not limited to making loud noises, fighting, smoking, drinking, live streaming or other activities that may affect others' dining in the restaurant), all losses and consequences caused by the guest shall be borne by the guest himself
