• Children aged 17+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Free for citizens of the EU and Ibero-America from 16:00–18:00 (October–March) and 18:00–20:00 (April–September)

• Free for disabled visitors with 1 escort or caregiver and jobseekers

• Individuals who are entering with a reduced ticket or free ticket are required to present valid proof of eligibility

• By bus: Take the buses No. 3 and 148 to Palacio Real bus stop and walk for 4 minutes
