Additional information

• This is a safe, alcohol/drug-free community environment
• Guests who forget to bring a towel may hire one at the venue for NZD 4 per towel
• Guests are recommended to bring warm clothing and a dressing robe for comfort between rounds
• Guests are advised to bring their own water bottle as fresh spring water is provided onsite. Please note that no plastic bottles to be taken inside the sauna
• Nudity is welcome in the sauna in line with traditional European sauna practices. The operator encourages guests to embrace the experience, though guests are kindly asked to remain considerate of others. That said, most guests choose to wear bathers. If so, the operator recommends opting for natural fabrics such as cotton or bamboo, as synthetic materials are not ideal when sweating
• Guests are welcome to access the river, however this is on an enter-at-your-own-risk basis. The operator is not liable for any persons who leave the property boundary. Safety is strongly encouraged so please be mindful of boats and look out for one another when swimming

• The activity is not recommended: pregnant women / elderly
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Pets are prohibited
