On arrival at the garden, present your mobile e-ticket to the admission desk in the Welcome Building

As the attraction is mainly outdoors, the operator recommends wearing warm clothing during the winter months for comfort

A warm welcome and excellent service are provided to all visitors, and in return, guests are asked to treat staff with courtesy and respect; any aggressive or inappropriate behaviour may result in being asked to leave the premises

The operator kindly ask visitors to help protect their plant collections by keeping footwear clean before arrival, not bringing any plants or produce onto the site, not removing any plant material, and not scattering ashes in the garden

Garden toys, such as scooters, bikes and balls, are not permitted in the garden

For your safety at the garden, please take care around water features, stay alert for moving garden vehicles, and note that some paths may be muddy, steep, or uneven, so suitable footwear is recommended and extra caution should be taken while walking

The use of personal drones is not allowed in the garden. Commercial drone use is also prohibited, except in limited cases where licensed operators approved by the Civil Aviation Authority have received written permission from the Head of RHS Garden Bridgewater

For each wheelchair user, visually impaired visitor or visitor whose disability necessitates a carer, one companion is admitted free of charge

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
