• Please note that the flights are subject to weight restrictions and weather conditions. The maximum combined weight for any flight is 210kg (462 lbs), and solo flights require a minimum weight of 70kg (154 lbs). These limits may vary depending on lake conditions on the day. If you have any concerns regarding weight requirements, please call the operator at 0800 225 520 before booking to avoid disappointment.

• Queenstown Paraflights is a weather-dependent activity, so please call the operator one hour before your scheduled flight for a weather check. If conditions are not suitable, they will do their best to reschedule you for another time or day.

• Pregnant women, injured, or disabled individuals can fly with Queenstown Paraflights; however, kindly call the operator to discuss your specific situation in more detail prior to booking.

• Friends and family are welcome to spectate for a small fee of $30. Spectator spots are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until 5 minutes before departure.

• Children can fly tandem or triple with an adult once they weigh over 20kg. To fly solo without an adult, children must be over 12 years old and weigh more than 70kg.

• Please note that all prices are per person. Children under 12 must weigh over 20kg and fly with an adult; there is no separate child rate.
