How to redeem
- Go to the ticket office and tell the travel agency and the name and phone number of the person picking up the ticket to pick up the ticket
- Ticket exchange time: 19:30-20:00 (it is recommended to arrive at the theater at least 30 minutes in advance. No one is allowed to enter 15 minutes after the performance starts)

Amendment policy
- If you cancel your order more than one day before the viewing date, you will be charged a 10% refund fee for each ticket.
- No refunds will be given on the day of the performance (unless the Yinggeqing Theater officially cancels the performance on that day)
- If Yinggeqing Theater officially cancels the performance due to weather reasons such as heavy rain, typhoon or other force majeure, an unconditional refund will be made and both parties will be exempted from liability

- It is recommended to arrive at the theater at least 30 minutes in advance
- Latecomers need to wait for the right time and be arranged to enter by the staff
- 15 minutes after the performance begins, no one is allowed to enter the venue.
- Due to security and copyright reasons, it is prohibited to bring professional video recording equipment, wireless microphones, walkie-talkies, flammable, explosive, toxic and dangerous goods, dyes, corrosives, combustion-supporting goods, radioactive and destructive items. Please pay attention to the instructions of the on-site staff and broadcasts and cooperate.
- In order to protect intellectual property rights and the rights of performers, it is prohibited to videotape, record or photograph the performance (unless otherwise permitted). Please abide by this rule and enjoy every performance on the spot.
- There is no locker in the theater, please keep your valuables safe and avoid unnecessary losses.
