Cancel more than 7 days (inclusive) before the tour date to receive a full refund.
If the tour is cancelled 6-4 days (inclusive) before the meeting date, 20% of the fee will be deducted.
If you cancel the tour 3-1 day(s) (inclusive) before the meeting date, 40% of the fee will be deducted.
If the tour is canceled on the day of the meetup, 60% of the fee will be charged.

If you cancel your participation for personal reasons, the cancellation fee based on the withdrawal date as stipulated in the contract may not cover the actual losses incurred.
