  • The driver will wait for up to 25 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

  • Pick up time:

  • Latecomers will be charged RMB200 fee (60 minutes late)

  • The driver will wait up to 60 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present for pick up and cannot be reached, you will be considered a 'no show' and no refunds will be given
