  • Cancel your trip 7 days or more before the meeting date to receive a full refund.
  • If the tour is cancelled 6-4 days (inclusive) before the assembly date, 20% of the fee will be deducted.
  • If you cancel the trip 3-1 days (inclusive) before the meeting date, 40% of the fee will be deducted.
  • If the tour is cancelled on the day of departure, 60% of the fee will be charged.
