If the number of passengers is less than the maximum, one additional 24-inch luggage can be accommodated for each passenger fewer. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse the service without a refund.
If you have a lot of luggage or oversized items, we recommend booking a suitable vehicle to accommodate your luggage. Passengers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to not adhering to the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type.
For 13-19 seat vehicles, the luggage compartment is relatively small. The last row of seats will need to be used for luggage storage.
