  • Macau Checkpoint (Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Frontier Port) is located north of Artificial Island

  • After customs check and declaration, please go to the passenger pick-up/drop-off area in the Departure Hall level car park and look for the driver

  • The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. If the passenger is not late and cannot be contacted, he will be deemed to have given up the ride and no refund will be given.

  • Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page

  • The driver will wait for up to 25 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver

  • Outside service hours:

  • CNY 100 per hour

  • Additional stops:

  • CNY100 per stop

  • Service hours between 06:00 - 08:00 or 22:00 - 23:00 will be charged CNY100

  • Additional CNY200 will be charged between 23:00 - 6:00

  • Additional stops should be along the same route or same district only

  • If the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, it will charge 200 RMB for the first hour, and if it exceeds the second hour, it will be deemed that the service has been used

  • In case a No. 3 Typhoon signal is raised in Hong Kong, the service will still be available, should any guests require it. However, there will be an additional fee of CNY200 for transfers to Macau City or CNY400 for transfers to Hong Kong Airport

  • Chinese New Year surcharge information is as follows: February 14-16, an additional CNY200; February 17-19, an additional CNY500; February 20-21, an additional CNY200. Please pay the surcharge in cash to the driver

  • Latecomers will be charged RMB150 (late for 60 minutes)
