Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

• This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible

• The operator's representative will exchange your voucher for the ticket to the Prague castle interiors (you can not enter the interiors with Klook voucher only)

• The operator's representative will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the starting time. Please inform the operator immediately if you are running late

• The introduction session in English will take 20 minutes. Participants are free to explore afterwards

• The ticket is valid for 2 days (from the day you receive it) and it includes one entry to every attraction from circuit B (Old Royal Palace, Basilic of St. George, Golden Lane and St. Vitus Cathedral)

• Prague Castle complex is a Presidential office, therefore certain buildings may be closed for operational or state-ceremonial reasons. Refunds will not be issued during such partial closures or due to change of opening hours

How to get there

• By train: Take the train at Želivského to Malostranská, and then walk for 8 minutes to the venue

• By tram: Take the tram no. 22 to stop Pražský Hrad, turn left and in 5 minutes you will reach the 2nd Courtyard of Prague Castle

• It is best to enter the Prague Castle complex through the side entrance near the Pražský Hrad tram station, where tram line 22 stops
