Booking limitations

To ensure your right to re-enter the museum on the day of your visit, we need to record your facial information when checking tickets. If you do not wish to enjoy this right, you can inform the ticket checker that you do not want your facial information recorded.
1. Guests purchasing discount tickets or free tickets must be accompanied and supervised by a guest purchasing an adult ticket and cannot enter the park alone.
1. Please bring the ID card or merchant voucher code reserved when you purchased the ticket to swipe the gate to enter the park, there is no physical ticket.
1. Only one reservation for the same product can be made on the same day using the same ID card.
