• When taking the Blue Train of Solace, please complete check-in by the designated time. To ensure the event proceeds smoothly, please be careful not to be late.
• After checking in, collect the ticket package. Meal boxes will be distributed on the train (children's tickets not included).
• Please wear your blue identification pass for train travel to facilitate Taiwan Railways Administration staff in identifying you when entering and exiting stations.
• The package ticket does not have assigned seats, so you cannot specify a carriage or reserve seats in advance. Seat arrangements are determined by on-site staff. If companions place separate orders, we regret that we cannot arrange them in the same carriage.
• It is recommended to wear cool, comfortable, and breathable clothing.
• If outdoor itineraries are affected by rain or other unfavorable weather conditions, to ensure the safety of travelers and the smooth operation of the tour, our company reserves the right to change or adjust the itinerary. Please be aware of this in advance.
• For each stop of the Blue Skin De-stress Express, please follow the instructions of your tour leader or staff, and only move within the designated routes and areas. Do not walk or cross the tracks to avoid dangerous accidents, which could affect your safety and the rights of other passengers.
• If one stays in a restricted area, railway line, bridge, tunnel, crosses the yellow line area of a platform, or rides in a carriage that does not provide passenger service, the Railway Police Bureau may impose a fine in accordance with the Railway Act.
• Accessible space is not provided inside the carriage. If passengers require the use of a wheelchair, carrying a baby stroller, carrying a pet carrier (pet stroller), or carrying a bicycle, please make a note so that the carriage arrangement for the Blue Train can be coordinated.
• For instructions on carrying pet carriers (pet strollers)/bicycles (bikes), please refer to this link.
• If there are any uncompleted experiences or items, they will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
• If there are irresistible factors such as weather, the supplier reserves the right to change and cancel the itinerary.
