• Those under 15 years old must travel with one of their parents. If the traveler already has a visa, please attach the original passport and visa of the traveler (from July 16, 2019, you need to send a physical visa with the parent who is traveling with you; If your parent already has a visa, it must also be a physical visa, electronic visas are not accepted)
• Visa agency working days: 8 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays and office holidays, the day of delivery is not included in the working days)

To-do process description

• Step 1: After placing the order, please prepare all the application documents and indicate the Klook order number and Chinese name on the packaging envelope. Mail it to 7th Floor, No. 8 Guanqian Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City and fill in the "Klook Visa Agency Center"
• Step 2: After sending, add Klook Visa Agency Center LINE (@itourtw) to the voucher to track the agency and mailing progress. Documents are important personal assets and it is recommended to send them by registered mail.
• After the supplier receives the information, it will start processing your visa (working days start from the date of receipt of the information)
• After your visa application is completed, the supplier will mail it to your home at the address provided on the customer's order. There is no need to pay for return postage.
• If you have any questions about your order, in addition to consulting Klook customer service, you can also contact the supplier through LINE and provide the order number for inquiry.

Documents required for application

• Original passport (must be valid for more than six months. No information can be clipped or stapled in the passport. There should be at least 2 blank visa pages on both front and back. Please remove the passport cover and other items by yourself)
• Photocopy of passport (must be a clear and complete copy of the original 1:1 ratio on A4 paper, no cropping is accepted)
• Copy of the Republic of China ID card (must be a clear and complete copy of the original 1:1 ratio, please do not copy it)
• Exact date of entry and exit to the Philippines or proof of reservation in English (the length of stay must not exceed 59 days)

• Guardians under the age of 15 traveling with them: A copy of household registration must be attached, both Chinese and English originals (notes cannot be omitted). If the accompanying person is a direct blood relative (parent), only the original Chinese copy is required.
• If your parents are divorced if you are under 15 years old:
• (1) Joint custody: A round-trip air ticket must be attached (one copy for each parent and child)
• (2) Single custody: If 100% custody belongs to the other parent (non-accompanying person), an authorization consent form must be filled in

• Step 2: After the staff confirms the information, they will fill in the online application for electronic visa on your behalf, which takes 5 working days.
• Step 3: The approved travel permit must be printed on clean A4 paper. Each applicant’s travel permit must be printed separately.
