• Participants must be 10 years of age or older.
• This activity is not suitable for individuals with high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, kidney disease, diabetes, asthma, pregnancy, epilepsy, claustrophobia, ear-related diseases, colds, or other medical conditions that may be aggravated by water activities. Please refrain from excessive alcohol consumption and staying up late the day before the activity. (Please understand and consider your own health before participating. A waiver must be signed upon arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the day of the activity.) If you experience any physical discomfort during the activity, please inform the instructor immediately. Individuals who conceal medical conditions will be held responsible for any consequences.
• We recommend bringing swimwear, rash guards, or light clothing.
• Wearing contact lenses is recommended.
• After check-in, if visitors lack transportation from the meeting point to the recreational sea area, Love Family will provide free transportation assistance. However, the timing and itinerary must align with Love Family's arrangements and are not subject to dispute.
• In the event of weather conditions, sea conditions, tidal changes, the northeast monsoon in March-April and September-November, or unavoidable safety factors, our store reserves the right to adjust or cancel the itinerary time and sea area. If you are concerned about the impact, please cancel with our store as soon as possible before 18:00 the day before. Rain on the day of the activity will not affect the itinerary unless it is a heavy thunderstorm. In addition, if there are any changes to the time, the store will proactively contact you to notify you of the adjusted time. If you do not receive a notification, then everything is normal for the activity. Please complete check-in 15 minutes before the activity time.
• Cancellations and refunds will not be granted on the day of the activity due to flight, boat, or other itinerary delays. Participants who are more than 10 minutes late will be considered as no-shows and will not be entitled to a refund. Participants are responsible for any shortened or missed activities due to late arrival. No refunds will be issued to participants who are unable to enter the water due to personal reasons, or who come ashore early due to personal circumstances after entering the water.
• Please be mindful of your flight departure time. To avoid decompression sickness, do not fly within 12 hours of your last dive (this restriction does not apply to boat travel).
• The cost of this tour does not include photo or video services. However, we will have a camera available and will take complimentary photos during the activity at irregular intervals. Please note that photography is a free service, and the coach's skill, aesthetic sense, and the number of photos taken may vary. If you require high-quality images, please bring your own camera or smartphone for self-photography. As cameras are electronic devices, they are subject to instability, malfunctions, or memory card read errors. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that photos or videos will be produced during the activity.
