During your booked admission time, you cannot temporarily leave and return to the Play Area (Playtime) with the wristband.

An additional charge of IDR 50,000 / 30 minutes will apply if the stipulated time exceeds the 15-minute call announcement.

All guests are required to wear anti-slip socks, ticket already included for kids anti-slip socks.

Single Admission Tickets purchased are non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
