Catacombs

• The Catacombs feature 131 steps to descend and 112 steps to ascend
• The Catacombs visit lasts approximately 45 minutes, with a 1.5-kilometer one-way circuit

Prohibitions & Limitations

• Visitor numbers are limited to 200. If there is a high volume of visitors, entry may be temporarily halted
• Be cautious of uneven, slippery floors, narrow passageways, and dim lighting
• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (Motor disabled, claustrophobia, cardiac or respiratory insufficiency, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
• The prohibition against touching the works, bones, and surroundings applies to all participants, including those with visual impairments

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
• White canes are prohibited

Redemption Instructions

• You will receive the Catacomb and cruise tickets via the email used for booking the day before your visit. (For same-day bookings, tickets will be sent a few hours before entry)
• Present the mobile ticket you received via email at the Catacombs of Paris and the Bateaux Mouches cruise company
• The selected time applies to your scheduled visit to the Catacombs
• The booking is non-amendable and non-refundable once tickets are issued
