Departure: Meet the operator at 07:00 - 17:00. Enter your preferred location at checkout. The operator will make the final confirmation accordingly. After booking confirmation, we will contact you to arrange pick-up schedule. On the activity day, we will inform driver & car/motorbike info and pick up 30min before your flight time..Please arrive at the location 5 mins before the departure time

Sometimes Sapa gets congested, so we may arrange a motorbike pick-up to save your time. This way, you also don’t need to wait for other customers

Flights are subject to weather conditions such as wind, rain, and fog. Customers will be notified at least one day in advance if rescheduling is necessary.
Guests can select a preferred flight time. If weather does not permit at the chosen time, adjustments will be made to ensure the best flying conditions
For safety, do not approach the flying zone or parachute lines unless instructed
No smoking in the flight area
