• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity

• The tour is relatively long and the road conditions are rough, so we recommend that you take your own anti-sickness medicine

• Whale sharks are wild animals and may not be seen during the tour

• Due to bad weather or sudden local circumstances, the schedule may change on the day of the tour. The final decision will be made by the guide on the day.

• Effective March 21, 2025, the Philippine government has announced a change in the snorkeling fee for whale sharks in the Oslob area, increasing from 500 pesos to 1,000 pesos. In response to this price change, we will be adjusting our tour prices starting April 1, 2025.

• For customers who confirmed their reservations before April 1, 2025, an additional fee of 500 pesos will be collected on-site on the day of the tour. For customers who confirm their reservations on or after April 1, 2025, the increased fee will already be included in the tour price, so no additional charges will be required.

• Cash is required to purchase lunch, so please bring your own cash

• The tour ending time may be delayed depending on the time of year, number of participants, road conditions, etc. Please consult with us in advance if you have plans immediately after the scheduled ending time or if you plan to fly home on the same day.

• Minimum number of participants is 2 people. If the number of applicants does not reach the minimum number, the tour/experience will be canceled. In such case, we will notify you by e-mail 2 days prior to the tour/experience date.

• No changes will be accepted less than 24 hours prior to the tour start time.

• Tours are weather permitting. If a tour is canceled due to inclement weather, a decision will be made one day prior to the tour/experience (18:00 local time) whether or not the tour/experience will take place. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by e-mail.

• For insurance purposes, we will require the names and dates of birth of all participants in order to verify the age. Failure to provide this information will result in your ineligibility for insurance. Insurance cannot be provided for those who are 76 years and older; however, you may participate if you purchase own insurance.

• The whale shark interaction in Oslob involves wild animals in their natural habitat and is operated and managed solely by the Oslob local government authorities. All procedures, including feeding practices, are conducted under their policies and are beyond our company's control.

• The activity is not recommended: heart disease / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
