• Valid lines: All 9 Osaka Metro lines
• Hankyu, Kita-kyu, Kintetsu and other private railway lines are not available
• If you travel beyond the valid area, please inform the station staff at the exit and pay the difference in cash
• When using the train, please hold the QR code over the QR-compatible ticket gates to enter and exit
• The ticket is valid for one person per ticket. (One smartphone can be used for up to 4 people.)
• If there is a service disruption, only tickets that have already been activated and are still within the validity period are eligible for substitute transportation
• If the ticket cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, battery depletion, or unstable communication conditions, the ticket cannot be used. Please pay the fare separately to travel. Please note that fares paid during the period when the ticket could not be displayed are not refundable
• Matters related to the use of the ticket are subject to the transport terms and passenger regulations of each operating company

• Please present the ticket banner (image) to the facility staff. If you are unable to present the ticket banner (image) due to using the ticket before or after use, or due to any error, you will not be eligible for discounts
• Due to facility closures or inability to present the ticket banner (image), discount benefits may not be available. Once the ticket has been activated, refunds will not be issued even if discounts cannot be used. Thank you for your understanding in advance

• If multiple tickets of the same type are purchased at once, they cannot be used individually and will all activate at the same time. Please use them together in the same itinerary. If you wish to use tickets individually on different occasions, please purchase them separately

• For security protection, one-time password (OTP) verification may be required. In that case, please follow the steps below
• ① Enter the email address to receive the OTP and press the send butto
• ② Check that the OTP has been delivered to the email address you entered in step 1. (The OTP email will be sent from the domain "@linktivity.co.jp". Please also check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email, the email address may be incorrect. Please reopen the usage screen URL from the voucher and re-enter your email address.)
• ③ Enter the OTP from the email into the ticket screen and press the confirm button. If entered correctly, the usage screen will be displayed. (Once OTP authentication is completed, future OTPs will be sent to the email address you registered. The email address cannot be changed, so please register an email address that you can check on-site on the day of use.)
• Please turn off dark mode on your smartphone or tablet
• You will need a communication device, such as a smartphone or tablet. Without one, you won’t be able to use the train
• Recommended environment for using digital vouchers:- iOS 15 or later / Safari (latest version)- Android 10.0 or later / Chrome (latest version)
• Please note that even if you use the recommended browsing environment, you may still encounter issues depending on your device and usage conditions
• If you are unable to display the digital voucher due to loss, malfunction, or a dead battery of your mobile device, you will not be able to use it. Additionally, we cannot reissue or refund the voucher
