• Children aged 0-15 can enter free of charge

• Overseas visitors aged 0-15 will be asked to present a passport as proof of identification

• High school and college students aged 16-22 are eligible for discounted student rates and must show a student ID on site

• Overseas students should present an International Student Identification Card (ISIC) for verification

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Osaka Castle is wheelchair and stroller accessible. However, during peak seasons, strollers may not be allowed if it gets too crowded. Please store them at the tourist center instead

• Prohibited items inside the castle: Large luggage, sharp metal objects, flammable or poisonous items, food, and drinks (except water)

• Time: 9:00-21:00 (Nishinomaru Garden's regular opening time of 9:00-17:00 is extended by 4 hours)
• Light-up is from 18:00 to 21:00
• *Last entry is at 20:30, but please note that the last entry may be earlier depending on the congestion situation
• Closed on Mondays. If Monday is a national holiday, it will be closed the following weekday instead
