• High school and college students aged 16-22 are eligible for discounted student rates and must show a student ID on site

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Osaka Castle is wheelchair and stroller accessible. However, during peak seasons, strollers may not be allowed if it gets too crowded. Please store them at the tourist center instead

• Please check the expiration date on your ticket before visiting

• The validity period is one month. As the number of days in each month varies, the expiration date will be the day before the same date in the following month.
