Voucher type

• Present your mobile voucher
• Please exchange it to physical ticket at the ticket counter.
• Please login to Klook App/website and go to “My bookings”. Click “See voucher” to open the voucher
• Please present the voucher to the local staff on the day of use. If you do not present the voucher on your device, you will not be able to enter the venue
• Please note that the URL certificate must be presented on mobile phone with internet access. The voucher cannot open unless there is internet access
• Please do not attempt to validate or scan the ticket yourself. It must be done by the facility staff. If the ticket shows "used", then the ticket is no longer valid
