• Qinghai has a dry climate with strong ultraviolet radiation and a large temperature difference between day and night. Visitors should remember to bring warm clothing and prepare sufficient sun protection products; drink plenty of water, eat more fruits; and pay attention to their diet to avoid stomach discomfort.
• Qinghai is located in the transition zone between the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Loess Plateau. Some first-time visitors may experience mild altitude sickness, including **headaches, dizziness, and loss of appetite. These are normal reactions, so tourists should not panic.
