In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
