In case of delay or partial change, no refund or compensation will be provided. If you have subsequent travel plans or flight arrangements on the same day, please be sure to allow sufficient time.
• 【Baggage Regulations】Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage free of charge. Any excess will incur a fee of 2,000 JPY per piece, payable on-site. Please be sure to note the number of luggage pieces when placing your order. If not informed in advance, the tour guide will arrange based on vehicle space availability, and related fees will not be refunded.
• [Special Groups] Seniors aged 70 or above, or pregnant women, who register for a tour group must sign and return a waiver form no later than one day before departure to ensure travel safety.
• [Seasonal Note] Natural landscapes such as cherry blossoms are greatly affected by climate, and the actual viewing experience may vary. Once the itinerary is confirmed, refunds or complaints cannot be requested on the grounds that the landscape did not meet expectations.
• 【Itinerary Notes】The duration of stay at each attraction has been pre-planned. Please adhere to the meeting times to avoid affecting the overall arrangement. During peak season or holidays, traffic congestion may occur, and the tour guide will adjust the itinerary sequence according to the actual situation.
• 【In-car Regulations】To maintain a clean environment inside the vehicle, please do not eat or drink in the car. If any damage or mess is caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
• 【Explanation for Leaving the Group】If you leave the group on your own after the itinerary begins, it will be considered an automatic waiver of subsequent services, and related fees will not be refunded. During this period, the traveler will be solely responsible for their personal and property safety.

Attraction information

• 【Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine】 There are many stone lanterns along the shrine's approach. Some sections have steep slopes, so please watch your step. The Uto-iwa Rock is a natural rock cave landscape; please do not climb or approach the edges when taking photos. The shrine is a sacred place for prayers, so please maintain quiet and respect the worship etiquette.
• 【Tsukimawari Park (Cherry Blossom Season Limited)】 Only visit during the cherry blossom season (approximately late March to early April); no arrangements will be made outside of this period. The park is an open grassland; please pay attention to keeping warm and preventing slips when it's windy. You can view Mount Aso from a distance; please be careful when taking photos.
• 【Takachiho Gorge】 The gorge trail is about 1 kilometer long, and some sections may be wet or slippery, so please wear non-slip shoes. Please do not climb over the railings at the Manai Falls and viewing points. The gorge area can be crowded with tourists, so please pay attention to safety and follow on-site instructions.
• 【Amanoiwato Shrine & Amano Yasugawara】 The path to Amano Yasugawara is a natural mountain trail, and some sections are slippery, so please walk carefully. The cave area is dimly lit, so please watch your step. In the stone-piling prayer area, please do not destroy other people's stone piles.

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
