• Tickets cannot be reissued if lost or damaged
• In the event of a postponement due to severe weather or other reasons, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date, but no refunds will be provided
• For the Spring and Autumn chapters (held in April and October), toilet paper is provided in the portable toilets. However, it is not provided during the National Fireworks Competition in the summer. Please bring your own if needed
• As this is an outdoor event, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Please wear comfortable walking shoes
• To avoid blocking the view of others, the use of umbrellas is prohibited at the venue. We recommend wearing rain gear instead
• Smoking is generally prohibited inside the venue. Please use the designated smoking areas. Smoking while walking and littering are strictly forbidden
