Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 3+ to participate in this activity

• Children aged 3-6 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Children aged 7 and above can fly unaccompanied.

• Participants aged 3-12 are considered children, based on their official ID

• Participants must be aged under 70 to take part in this activity

• Participants must weigh between 20kg-75kg for this activity

Additional information

• Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity
• Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity
• The flight area may change depending on weather and wind conditions. If there is no wind, this activity may be canceled even on a clear day.
• Fly Together (Parent & Child): The mother's (or father's) weight plus the child's weight must be less than 65kg (fees are charged separately).
• Participants who misreport their weight will not be refunded if their actual weight exceeds 75 kg upon on-site measurement, resulting in the inability to fly.
• Guests weighing between 75 kg and 80 kg can experience flight depending on local wind conditions, and will need to pay an additional fee of JPY 3,000 in cash.

Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / epilepsy / heart disease / pregnant women / infants
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
