Booking limitations

• Pregnant guests and guests who have consumed alcohol are not permitted to board. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or those currently under medical treatment are required to contact us in advance. The representative making the booking must confirm the health condition of all participants prior to the activity. For safety reasons, participation may be refused at the discretion of the captain or instructor depending on the guest’s condition on the day of the activity.

• Towel
• Clothes: Clothes that you don't mind getting wet (skirts and high-heeled shoes are not allowed). Basically, you will take off from the ship and return to the ship, but due to ship trouble or worsening ocean conditions, you may land in the sea.*Depending on ocean conditions, you may be hit by strong wave spray. During the parasailing experience, you will be required to take off your footwear and go barefoot.
• Only the minimum amount of luggage, such as cameras, cell phones, and car keys, may be brought onto the ship. If you are concerned about seasickness, please take some seasickness medicine before coming. If you are concerned about sunburn, please prepare sunscreen and sun protection products.
• Useful things to have: Sandals that can get wet (high-heeled shoes are not allowed), waterproof cases for cell phones and cameras (we recommend ones with straps), sunglasses, and jackets (for winter or bad weather).
• There are no changing rooms or restrooms at the meeting place. Please be sure to complete this in advance before gathering.When you return, we can guide you to nearby shower facilities. If you are interested, please contact the local staff.
• The flight method will vary depending on the wind and waves on the day.The number of people to be guided into the sky at the same time, the pairs to fly together, the order in which to fly, etc. will be decided on-site by the captain and instructor, depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day, with safety first. We may not be able to meet your wishes. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the captain or instructor determines that it is not possible to conduct the tour safely, such as in the event of bad weather, poor ocean conditions, trouble with the ship or equipment, a person is unwell, someone who does not follow the captain's or instructor's instructions, or someone whose words or actions are a nuisance to the captain, instructor, or other participants, we will change the tour details or cancel the tour.
