Booking limitations

• Original driving license + international driving permit (hardcopy) issued by the local authority of each country + passport (you need to bring all three documents in order to drive)
• For US/Canadian/Australian passport holders, an IDP or SOFA driver's license must be presented. IDP must be in original copy in a booklet form with classification A~E to be valid. All participants must also present the physical copy of your own country driver's license and passport
• For Indian passport holders, IDP must be issued by these institutions to be valid: Automobile Association of Western India, Upper India, Eastern India and Southern India. IDP must be in original copy in a booklet form with classification A~E to be valid. All participants must also present the physical copy of your own country driver's license and passport
• Countries such as; Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Estonia, or Monaco must be accompanied with original driving license + Official Japanese translation by the authorized organization + Passport (you need to bring all three documents in order to drive)
• Please check thoroughly that your country’s driving license/IDP is eligible for Japan. Residents from countries such as; China, Indonesia, Pakistan,Saudi Arabia and Qatar are not allowed to drive in Japan. Please make sure once you make a booking whether your country issues an international driving permit under the 1949 convention. As a disclaimer, we cannot issue refunds if you turn up on the day with the incorrect/invalid driving documents
• To drive in Japan, an international driving permit should be under the 1949 convention to legally drive on the streets of Japan. International driving permit (IDP) must be in a booklet form, not paper form. There are many entities that issue invalid IDPs so please make sure of the regulations before arriving
• Travelers must show a hard copy of an international driving permit that is valid in Japan on the day of the activity. Failure to do so will result in cancellation with no refund
