Usage validity

• The voucher is valid for 90 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 17:30 on the last day

• Physical annual pass: Valid for unlimited admission for 365 days from the date of redemption (Note: excludes park's rest days)

How to redeem

• Present your ticket together with Proof of Address or Proof of Residency (participant's name printed on it, soft or hard copy accepted) to exchange for a physical annual pass at the Ocean Park entrance to enter directly
• Student Annual membership: Present your student identity card or student handbook for verification upon redemption for the physical annual pass

• Free for children aged 0-2

• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Children aged 0–11 must be accompanied by a paying person aged 15+

• Free for Hong Kong residents with the following identification (free admission tickets can be redeemed at the ticketing counter):

(1) Local seniors aged 65+ (Hong Kong Identity Card or Senior Citizen Card issued by the Social Welfare Department required)

(2) People with disabilities (valid Registration Card for People with Disabilities issued by the Labour and Welfare Bureau required)

(3) Local residents visiting on their birthday (Hong Kong Identity Card required)

Conditions of Sale

• This is an admission ticket to Ocean Park Hong Kong (“Ocean Park”). This ticket is valid for one-time admission to Ocean Park on 31 December 2026 from 15:00 to 22:00. You can present this ticket via smartphone or on A4-sized paper at the entrance of Ocean Park for admission. This ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and can be used once only on the expiry date as specified
• This ticket entitles you to all operating rides, facilities, and exhibits, except skill games, coin-operated games, special paid events, and facilities being held in the Park
• This ticket can be upgraded to the corresponding "Ocean Park Annual Membership" on the date of admission by paying a designated amount based on the membership category. Other Terms and Conditions apply for the upgrade of day time admission ticket to "Ocean Park Annual Membership"
• For repair, maintenance, inclement weather, or other reasons, Ocean Park may suspend the operation of any ride or close any attraction at any time without prior notice. It is a condition of sale of the Park’s admission ticket that any request for refund, whether partial or in full, for the tickets purchased by visitors will not be considered by the Park as a result of such ride suspension or closure of attraction
• In case of inclement weather, including but without limitation to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warnings, Ocean Park may close the Park with or without prior notice to the public
• In case the Park reaches its maximum capacity, Ocean Park may exercise admission control, and you may not be allowed entry. A condition of entry is to comply with Ocean Park Bylaw, safety rules, and Park Rules and Regulations, which are displayed at the entrances and/or other appropriate locations of the Park
• Ocean Park shall not be responsible for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person within the Park. In the event of dispute, the decision of Ocean Park will be final
• Please protect this ticket, do not damage or wet it, especially the QR code, which must be scanned at the entrance. This ticket will be void if altered or defaced. Ocean Park accepts no responsibility for any lost ticket
