• Request for a child seat is mandatory and the driver can refuse entry if you inform on the day of departure. To secure a seat for your child, please inform the operator ahead of time via this email: tours@northernshots.com

• The tour may cross the border to Finland in order to chase the Northern Lights; please bring your passport and ID along to the tour
• Kindly note that if the group size is less than 17 people, the tour may use a smaller vehicle without a toilet onboard, and the in-person guide may be the driver
• While unlikely, it is possible that the vehicle may drive for a long period of time without stopping for a toilet break if the tour ends up on a road that does not allow for vehicles to stop
• Please provide the age and weight of your child that requires a child seat when requesting; this is to ensure that the operator can provide the most appropriate child seat on the bus
• In order to guarantee departure, the tour operator may team up with one of their partners to run a similar tour. In that case, the operator will inform you of a new pickup place
• It is still possible to spot the Northern Lights on very cloudy, rainy, or snowy nights. Hence, the tour operates regardless of the weather conditions
• Getting the best view of the lights is a top priority; thus, the tour may stay in one location throughout the night or travel to various spots
• Please expect big crowds during high season (19 December–9 January and 7 February–27 February), and the tour bus may need to park next to many other vehicles from other tour companies
• Klook and the tour operator are not responsible for any costs related to missed flights or boats due to the late return of the tour
