• Please pace yourself when drinking. The club and bar staff have the right to refuse service of additional alcohol in case you become drunk and show poor behavior

• The legal drinking age in Croatia is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age

• Outside alcohol is not permitted on board, and guests are kindly asked to follow the crew's instructions at all times

• If the Split Croatia party boat is unable to sail due to storms, guests will be offered the choice of a rescheduled date or a full refund, in the interest of safety.

• Both cash and card payments are accepted at the onboard bar and kitchen, which are fully stocked for your convenience
