• Please note: for the Niagara Falls Tour, the Maid of the Mist boat tour operates seasonally anytime in May to early November (exact dates subject to change). On other months, it is replaced by a visit to another observation point at the American side

• It's recommended that you purchase personal travel insurance before booking this tour
• New York State law requires that all children be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle until they are 8 years old and all children under 2 years old must ride in a rear-facing car seat. Amigotours does not provide these restraint systems, so customers must bring them to ensure the safety of their children.
