• Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Participants aged 13 - 59 are considered adult, based on their official ID

• Participants aged over 59 are considered seniors, based on their official ID

Additional information

• Please note, your start time is the time your vessel departs; therefore, arriving 60 minutes prior to your departure time is highly recommended
• You may bring your own non-alcoholic drink
• Upon arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, please proceed to the office to pick up your tickets prior to getting in line to board
• High heels, leather soles, roller skate shoes (Heelies), platform shoes, wedge style shoes, and bare feet are not safe and are prohibited

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• The following items are prohibited: firearms / weapons of any kind / alcohol / illegal substances
