- Accompanying ticket: Ice Palace admission (allows entry for 4 hours, single entry), does not allow access to the ice surface area, no ice skates or protective gear provided.
- Each ticket allows for three hours of admission on weekdays; two hours of admission on weekends, national holidays, and winter/summer vacations (according to the Education Bureau's announcement); if the admission period encounters ice resurfacing, the admission time will be automatically extended, with the extension time equal to the ice resurfacing time.

- Ice skate sizes range from 15.6 cm to 29.5 cm. If your foot length is outside of this range, please bring your own ice skates.
- The opening hours are generally from 10:00-20:00 on business days. If there are any full rentals during certain periods, it will not be available. Please refer to the available booking times when placing your order.
- In the event of partial venue rentals, the ice surface may have certain areas designated for exclusive use by other customers. Please use the remaining areas as directed by on-site staff.
