Foreign Passengers (1) Foreign renters (excluding Hong Kong and Macau): Must present a passport + local driver's license + International Driving Permit (IDP). All documents must be of the same nationality. (2) Hong Kong and Macau renters: Must present a Hong Kong and Macau passport + online entry permit for Hong Kong and Macau residents + local Hong Kong and Macau driver's license + International Driving Permit issued by Hong Kong and Macau. All documents must be of the same nationality. (3) Renters with a residence permit: Must present a valid residence permit + valid Taiwan driver's license. All documents must be of the same nationality.

To extend the rental period, please call the rental company at least 3 hours before the original return time. The rental company reserves the right to decide whether to extend the rental time. A late fee of $50 per hour will be charged for returns exceeding the agreed time. If the return is more than six hours late, a full day's rental fee will be charged (during consecutive holidays and New Year's holidays, overtime fees will be adjusted according to on-site regulations).

- To extend the rental period, please call the rental company at least 3 hours before the original return time. The rental company reserves the right to decide whether to extend the rental time. A late fee of $50 per hour will be charged for returns exceeding the agreed time. - Mileage limits: 250km/day rental, 100km/same-day rental, 2000km/month rental; an additional fee of $3 per kilometer will be charged for exceeding the limit. One-way rentals are not available.
- The scooter rental fee does not include fuel. Please fill the scooter with 92 unleaded gasoline at a gas station. If the fuel tank already contains gasoline, it must be returned with the same amount at the time of return. If it is insufficient, a fee will be charged.
- Please take good care of the rental vehicle and ensure it is returned undamaged. In the event of obvious damage or destruction to the vehicle's interior, equipment, or body, the operator will claim compensation for the damaged parts. All costs will be based on quotations from contracted maintenance plants/original factories. In non-accidental situations, you will also be liable for loss of business, which will be charged according to the standard rate.
- The renter is responsible for any tickets or parking fees incurred during the rental period. You may pay these yourself or ask the shop to pay them on your behalf to avoid penalties.
