• Children aged 0-5 can enter free of charge

• Children with a height of 114cm or below can enter free of charge

• Children aged 0-5 or under 114 cm must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• A full fare is applicable to: the general public.

• Concession tickets are applicable to: students aged 6 or older, or 115 cm or taller; university students with valid student ID; veterans with valid veteran's ID; and retired civil servants with valid identification.

• Concession tickets are available for seniors aged 65 and over (please purchase on-site).

• Free admission for people with disabilities and one necessary companion.

Additional information

• The use of flash photography and hitting the display glass is strictly prohibited in the building to avoid frightening the animals.

• Smoking, betel nut, and chewing gum are prohibited throughout the building.

• The polar region of the World Waters Hall has lower temperatures to accommodate the penguin exhibit. Please consider bringing warm clothing.
