Eligibility

• Children with a height of 99cm or below can enter free of charge

• Each adult over 18 years old can bring one child under 100CM tall for free.

• Please always pay attention to accompanying children. Visitors under 150 cm in height must be accompanied by one paying adult to enter.

• 1 Adult and 1 Child Ticket: Applicable for 1 guest 1.5 meters or taller and 1 child guest 1 meter or taller but under 1.5 meters (excluding 1.5 meters) to enter the park simultaneously with a ticket.

• You'll get confirmation within 48 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Please note: The National Geographic Explorer Center is located in Zhuhai City. Please ensure you have valid travel documents when you go.

• Please take care of your personal belongings. The museum is not responsible for any loss or damage, and reserves the right to dispose of any unattended items.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
