Yuantouzhu Scenic Area prohibits tour buses. Shuttle bus service is required within the area at a cost of 40 RMB per person, which is your own expense.
Due to the preservation of historical sites in Zhouzhuang, large buses are prohibited from crossing the Zhouzhuang Bridge. It is necessary to transfer to the scenic area's electric shuttle bus or ferry to enter. The electric shuttle bus costs ¥20 per person for a round trip, or you can take a round-the-town waterway tour boat for ¥80 per person (one way). These are at your own expense.

Departure: Meet the operator at 11:00. Enter your preferred location at checkout. The operator will make the final confirmation accordingly. Depart from all over the country and go to Shanghai on your own. We provide shuttle bus pick-up service at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, and Shanghai Pudong Airport. Tourists who arrive earlier will be sent to the special Gate 8 of [Shanghai Bund Tourist Comprehensive Service Center] for drop-off. For safety reasons, minors under 18 and seniors over 70 must be accompanied by at least one adult between 18 and 69 years old to participate in the tour. We do not accept bookings from pregnant women. Thank you for your understanding.

Our company is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect personal information provided. Please bring your original valid ID card with you during the trip. Travelers under the age of 16 should bring the original household registration book. During the tour, some attractions, restaurants, rest areas and other places may have shopping venues such as shopping malls. In the event that group room bookings at the Oriental Salt Lake City Inn are fully booked, the free time activity at Maoshan Oriental Salt Lake City will be cancelled and accommodation will be arranged in Wuxi instead. No refunds will be provided.
During Golden Week, public holidays, and weekends, buses are prohibited from entering the West Lake Scenic Area. Guests will need to transfer to the scenic area's public transportation at their own expense. Specific arrangements for the day are subject to on-site conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
The Huangpu River cruise is often temporarily suspended due to weather conditions. As group itineraries cannot be delayed, in the event of a suspension, we will process refunds of 100 RMB per adult. There are no refunds for children. We appreciate your understanding. As the optional activities include driver and guide service fees, if you wish to purchase tickets on your own, you will need to pay an additional 100 RMB per person to cover these costs. You are also welcome to go on your own. Thank you for your understanding.
At the end of the tour, the distribution center provides a unified transfer service to the station. The distribution center's transfer service times are: 11:00; 12:00; 14:00; 15:00; 17:00. Please arrange for airport transfer service at least 3 hours in advance. If your flight or train departure is later, you can choose to explore independently and travel to the airport or train station on your own. Luggage storage hours are: 10:00-19:00.

50% of the tour fee will be charged for cancellations made 4-7 days (inclusive) before departure.
